Working on some of HCF's digital design and service design pieces, I got to inject some fun into their customer service guide for their major EOFY push for new membership. Creating a clear and engaging printed brochure that got sent to every branch to run them through a newly designed customer journey.
I also had the opportunity to work on their Eat Better motivational app and their Cost Calculator, turning UX wireframes into something users would enjoy using and continually engage with.
